The historic College Inn Pub has been an important community gathering spot for UW faculty, staff, grad students, and the surrounding neighborhood for 50 years. They have it all: uber-local beers, classic cocktails, fresh pub food, cozy booths, pool, pinball, darts, decent tunes, and the Snug Room occupied by Howard the Ghost. Find them in the basement of the College Inn building, one of the last remaining 1909 Alaska Yukon Pacific Exhibition structures in the city. Nachos are waiting!
August 2024 update: After their labor of love in restoring the historic College Inn Pub, Jen Gonyer and Al Donohue have announced that they are moving on. They have declared this their “senior year” and will celebrate with special events. If a new owner isn’t found, the pub’s last day of service will be June 15, 2025. See the latest updates here.
