Visiting campus
The UW campus in Seattle is easily accessible by car and public transit, with ample private and public parking for visits and events.
Kane Hall
Many events held by the UWAA take place in Kane Hall on Red Square. A map of and directions to Kane Hall (located at 4069 Spokane Lane) can be found here.
Husky Union Building (HUB)
HUB, including the HUB Lyceum, is found near Red Square. A map of and directions to the HUB can be found here.
Meany Hall for the Performing Arts
Meany Hall is located at the intersection of 15th Avenue NE and NE 40th Street. A map of and directions to Meany Hall can be found here.
Johnson Hall
Johnson Hall is located in the heart of campus, in between Red Square and Drumheller Fountain. A map of Johnson Hall can be found here.
University of Washington Club
The University of Washington Club is located west of the HUB, on Stevens Way. You can find a map here.
Map and Driving Directions to UW Seattle Campus
- Driving North: Heading north on Interstate 5, take the NE 45th Street exit. Turn right onto NE 45th Street and continue east to 15th Avenue NE. The UW campus begins at the corner of NE 45th Street and 15th Avenue NE.
- Driving South: Heading south on Interstate 5, take the NE 45th Street exit. Turn left onto NE 45th Street and continue east to 15th Avenue NE. The UW campus begins at the corner of NE 45th Street and 15th Avenue NE.

Parking Information
- Visit the UW Transportation Services Website for the most up-to-date information about parking on campus.
- Street parking in the University District: Most U-District street parking is metered. Parking charges can be paid at a street kiosk or with the PaybyPhone app. To set up a PaybyPhone account, smartphone users enter m.paybyphone.com on their browser or download the iPhone, Android or Blackberry app.
Transit Information
- There are more than 60 bus routes from all over King and Snohomish counties serving the University District. For more information on taking a bus to the UW, visit the regional online trip planner provided by King County Metro.
