| June 7th | Normally the Capital Project Reclassification is run at the first end of month run for Accounting Month May (23). After review the output is put into the May final EOM run. However, for whatever reason, changes were made to the indexes that affect the Capital Reclass after the EOM1 run , so the process had to be rerun. In order to rerun it, program edits needed to be modified to bypass date edits and allow it to use the May EOM1 ledgers, but point to the FASDAY001 database These were date edits. Also the jobstream needed to be modified to point to the FASDAY001 database. These changes should be made permanent. | June | A Preview of the crossover was begun yesterday and concluded today.
