To locate a file, choose your search method from the drop-down box, enter the search criteria for the desired file, and press RETURN or click on the "Begin Search" button.

Search for a file using one of these methods:

Social Security Number: Select "SSN" from the Search by: list, then enter the Social Security Number in the Search for: field, with or without dashes.
Student Name: Select "Name" from the Search by: list, then enter the name in the Search for: field. The name must be entered last name first, followed by a comma, followed by the first and middle names. A partial entry will result in a list of all names which match the entry. For example, entering "smith, jo" might return "smith, john" and "smith, joe." Capitalization does not matter.
Student Number: Select "StuNum" from the Search by: list, then enter the Student Number in the Search for: field, with or without a dash.
