Organizational Development

Organizational Development is an internal unit within UW Information Technology (UW-IT) whose primary goal is to help unify the organization, create a work environment where staff can thrive, and help UW-IT meet established strategic goals. UW-IT Organizational Development works to create and sustain a culture of connection, accountability, and appreciation, and provides a variety of services, including consulting, coaching, facilitation, and training. The team also focuses on the following areas:
