The following table shows the parameters which may be specified:

Accounting month |
One value or range of values. Each month may be specified as 1-9, 01-09, or 10-27. These are biennium months. |
DT, DTE, DATE |
Posting date |
One value or range of values. Each date may be specified as YYMMDD, CCYYMMDD, MMDDYY, or MMDDCCYY. These are calendar dates. |
OR, ORG, ORGAN |
Organization code |
Up to 20 values or ranges of values. Organization codes must be in your department access range. |
BT, TYPE |
Budget type |
Up to 20 values or ranges of values. Don't use dashes. |

Budget number |
Up to 20 values or ranges of values. Don't use dashes. |

For all alphanumeric parameters, it is possible to check for a value of blanks (spaces) by specifying an asterisk (*) as the parameter value. For example, REF2:* will select all records for which the second reference field is blank.
Don't use dashes in Budget numbers, Organization codes or Account codes.
Specify ranges with a dash (no spaces) between the two range values (inclusive): xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx
Specify lists with commas between the list values: xxxxxx, xxxxxx, xxxxxx . . . up to 20 values.
