Ballard’s alumni-owned Bale Breaker & Yonder Cider Taproom is your destination to meet up with fellow Huskies and score a sharp professional headshot for your online profiles. Enjoy a drink on us and play some games — you might win one of two $100 IKEA gift cards! UWAA members enjoy a free ale glass and an express line for photos.
This event gives a special hurrah to Class of 2024 grads, but all Huskies are welcome to attend. Space is limited, and headshots are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Advance registration is required. Admission includes one drink ticket. All ages admitted; ID required for age verification for alcoholic beverages. Event attendees will receive a link to download their digital headshots two or three weeks after the event date.
Siblings Patrick Smith, ’04, Meghann Quinn, ’06, and Kevin “Smitty” Smith, ’10, along with Meghann’s husband, Kevin Quinn, ’05, are crafting brews that celebrate the world-class hops grown right here in the Pacific Northwest. They’ve teamed up with Wenatchee-based Yonder Cider Company to create a taproom in the heart of Ballard, with rotating food trucks, outdoor firepits and much more. Learn more.
