The UW Alumni Association and the UW Retirement Association invite you to watch history unfold at these members-only screenings of “The Boys in The Boat,” the highly anticipated silver-screen adaptation directed by George Clooney. Don’t miss this inspirational true story of the 1936 UW crew team that overcame adversity to shock the rowing world and battle for gold at the Summer Olympics in Berlin.
In addition to discounted tickets and free popcorn, audience members can expect behind-the-scenes trivia and a limited edition commemorative punch-out magnet set — perfect for displaying your Husky pride!
“The Boys in the Boat” is rated PG-13 for language and smoking. Seating is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who require disability accommodations should contact the UWAA. UWAA and UWRA members may register up to three guests.
