Dawgs on Wall Street
NY Huskies convene to hear remarks from industry leaders at Dawgs on Wall Street.
Twice a year, Dawgs on Wall Street invites you to join a distinguished group of UW alumni and friends for cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, lively conversation and a presentation by a dynamic industry leader. Bill Gates Sr., Sally Jewel and Bruce Nordstrom are among the 17 speakers to date.
Dawgs on Wall Street is made possible thanks to generous hosts, and events are open to all alumni and friends, not just those who work on Wall Street. These events are typically held in early spring and fall.
Annual salmon BBQ
The salmon BBQ has become a celebrated annual tradition for NY Huskies.
For more than 40 years, New York City-area Huskies have gathered for an afternoon of summer fun, great food and socializing at the home of Lex Gamble, ’59, in Chappaqua, NY. In 2015, we celebrated Lex’s last year as host. This year, we continued the tradition at the home of Susan Bevan, ’76, and Tony Daddino in Greenwich, CT.
At our annual barbecues, attendees are invited to swim, connect with fellow Huskies and hear from special guests from the UW.
