In 2016, UW Art graduate Lois Ko, ’04, opened Sweet Alchemy Ice Creamery in the heart of U-District to realize her life-long passion of making the best possible ice cream the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Sweet Alchemy is dedicated to producing small batch, organic, and locally sourced ice cream. Ingredients come from meticulously selected local farms to deliver the best natural taste through many creative flavors like Persian rose, monkeyberry bash, smokey chocolate and more!
