The U District is brimming with activity as first-year and returning students stream into the neighborhood for the start of fall quarter instruction on September 26.
You’ll notice an uptick in the number of pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers. Plan to allow a little extra time to navigate through the area to your destination.
Some bus routes will adjust this weekend for football as the Huskies play Arizona State on Saturday evening. On Sunday at 10:30 a.m., the University’s 35th-annual New Student Convocation takes place at the Alaska Airlines Arena at Hec Edmundson Pavilion.
