Re-imagining Aurora Avenue
As part of a new exhibit, Design Lab: An Open Sketchbook on Aurora Avenue, Henry Art Museum is hosting a series of free public meetings that will use Aurora Avenue as a point of departure for conversations about history, culture, urban development, economics, transportation, and civic infrastructure. Three charrettes will take place from 4:30 – 7:30 pm on Thursdays, starting January 16.
Visiting artist lecture on 3D art
Elisabeth Higgins O’Connor, visiting instructor in the School of Art, will discuss her work on Thursday, Jan. 9 from 6 – 7:30 p.m. at the Ceramic And Metal Arts Building (CMA) near Mary Gates Memorial Drive NE.
