Researchers at the Seattle Children’s Research Institute and the UW have shown that preschoolers who watched less violent programs showed less aggression when compared with a group that watched whatever they wanted.

Art by homeless young people at Molly’s Cafe
“Music is My Life,” a show of drawings and stories by homeless young people now on display at Molly’s Cafe at the Henry Art Gallery, was curated by Jill Woelfer, an award-winning PhD Candidate in Information Science who is studying the emotional impact of music on teens who live on the streets.
