The annual Undergraduate Research Symposium, beginning at 11 am on Friday, May 17, in Mary Gates Hall, is a chance for undergraduates to present what they have learned to a larger audience. Free and open to the public.

The University of Washington’s iconic Drumheller Fountain will be shut down until May 31st for routine maintenance.

The University of Washington Community Advisory Committee (CUCAC) will hold its 125th meeting:

Place: Paccar Hall, UW Business School
Items on the agenda will include a presentation on Sound Transit Plaza in the University District; a report on UPass and UW Transportation management; and brief updates on other on-going University projects.
Kate Bouchard, Assistant Dean, Finance and Facilities, Foster School of Business, will also provide a short tour of Paccar Hall.

Grab the kids and come to the Henry Art Gallery on Sunday, May 5 for an Arty Party! Featuring hands-on and edible art projects, local artists, children’s music, “ARTadventures” and storytelling, this first-ever event is FREE for children and Henry members.
