Attended Edmonds Community College then worked at Winco Foods before joining his father in construction and painting. Plays on a soccer team that has placed second in the league finals.
Blind
Graduated from Gonzaga University with a degree in engineering management with a focus in mechanical engineering. Currently working for Tech Vision teaching visually impaired students math and tech skills. Kickboxes and has successfully finished over 400 classes.
Deaf
Graduated with an English degree from the University of Washington. Works as a best practices specialist in Disability and Leave Services at Amazon and volunteers at Seattle Children’s Hospital.
Cerebral palsy with mixed presentations of athetosis and spasticity
Graduated with a master of social work at the University of Washington. Works at The Arc of King County as an information and resource coordinator. Works to advocate for people with disabilities, help them find their voices, and support them to lead successful lives.
Deaf
Graduated from the University of Washington (UW) with a degree in informatics and a minor in diversity. Now works at a nonprofit serving survivors of violence. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in human centered design and engineering at UW. Recipient of the NBC Universal Tony Coelho Media Scholarship and Quip Diversity Scholarship. Works at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seattle as a pastry cook. Loves creating new pastry food and decorating wedding cakes.
