Check out new and improved CareLink services

Get your fall quarter off to a good start by taking advantage of the many improved and expanded UW CareLink services available to benefits eligible UW employees, their dependents and household members. CareLink provides counseling; legal, financial and eldercare assistance; coaching for managers and supervisors and more.

Check out the following services:

  • Multilingual call center answered by counselors with master’s or doctoral degrees
  • Five counseling sessions per issue —  available in-person, by phone or video
  • Unlimited legal, financial and eldercare consultations, answered by in-house representatives. (If legal representation is needed, employees will be connected with a local attorney for 30 minutes at no charge and 25% reduction thereafter)
  • Unlimited concierge-like services for a wide range of needs including child or elder care, education, adoption, pet care, housing searches and home repair
  • Unlimited management consultations by phone, which includes coaching and support for supervisors and managers as well as traumatic workplace incident response
  • On-site trainings, workshops and traumatic workplace incident response
