This summer, the University of Washington is bringing freshman mentorship to China for the first time. The Husky Presidential Ambassadors is a 5-month mentorship program. Twenty carefully selected UW student leaders are in Beijing and Shanghai this August to serve as mentors to our incoming international freshmen. The program continues on campus with an academic seminar and a chance to meet UW leaders. The events in China also include a special program for parents, with translation.
