If the chapter returns to IFC after the conclusion of Winter Quarter 2024, they will be placed on Social Probation for one (1) quarter. Assuming the chapter is recognized by IFC by the start of Spring 2024, this means that social probation will go into effective immediately and end June 7th, the last day of Spring Quarter 2024. This is a decrease in sanctions from their original outcome, which would have involved 2 quarters of Social Suspension and a quarter of Social Probation. The Standards Board found this to be extreme, and are recommending they be granted clemency.

  3. Submit proof of the remedial action plan, supervised by a member of their national headquarters
