For anyone who worked SY22-23 or before, Workday is about to look a bit different than what you are used to.

A university-wide change to our financial systems is affecting our staff mainly in how we log our hours onto Workday. As of August 2023, we are waiting on UW HR to provide the Intramural Program the “worktags” that we have requested (which are replacing PTO – position, task, option- codes from before). This is what we use to code our hours- so, for example, if you worked a flag football OFC shift, you’d notate that when submitting your hours. We use these codes to know how much we spend on what each year, so we can budget properly for the following year!
