Why Museology?

Learn about the UW iSchool’s Master of Arts in Museology degree and the wide variety of career opportunities that exist in museums and related cultural institutions.
This session offers information about our master’s degree in Museology for those interested in applying for Autumn 2025 program entry. The session will cover key high-level information about the Museology program, contextualized by a general discussion of the career pathways that exist in the museum field. The precise content of this session will be tailored to attendees’ interests as indicated in attendees’ RSVP responses.
