Let’s samba!
Visiting artist Lee Higgins teaches students at Seattle’s Nathan Hale High School to perform Brazilian music during “Samba in the Schools” week last week. The project was intended to familiarize students with South American style music. Partners in the project included the UW School of Music, the Allen Foundation for Music, the Experience Music Project and KEXP-FM.
