‘Resiliency Now.’

A workshop from UW WorkLife to help you deal with stress and build your resiliency to adapt, persevere, and recover from adversity. The sessions offer practical suggestions for refocusing your time and energy on those responsibilities you can impact and the resources available to support you. Two sessions, on March 10 and 12.
