A Survivor’s Journey.
The first event of Sexual Assault Awareness Month is an art exhibition. The artist, an Eastside resident, is a sexual assault survivor who put her feelings on canvas, which empowered her to move toward peace and healing. The event, which is open to the public and is intended for a mature audience, will also have information on various resources available to attendees.
