Mystery Photo
Where are we? The photo above was taken somewhere on campus. You tell us where, and be specific. The name of a building is not enough. The names of all those with the correct answer will be entered in a drawing for a gift certificate donated by the University Book Store. Send your entry by e-mail to uweek@u.washington.edu along with your name and department. The deadline is 5 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24. We’ll give away one prize per quarter.
Last issue’s answer: Last issue’s photo was of the staircase and railing on the east side of Henderson Hall (Applied Physics Lab). There were many more incorrect guessers than correct ones this time. People thought this was the Condon Hall stairway, or the Suzzallo stairway or the HUB stairway. In fact, the only two people to get it right both work at the Applied Physics Lab. They are:
