News digest: New schedules for Health Sciences Express/shuttle, flu clinics underway
New Health Sciences Express/South Lake Union Shuttle schedules
Starting Oct. 1 Health Sciences Express and UW South Lake Union Shuttle will have new schedules.
The new schedules can be downloaded from UW Shuttles and printed schedules will be available on both services and at the University Transportation Center, 3745 15th Avenue Northeast.
UW schedules flu clinics
With the influenza season upon us, the UW Benefits Office is offering clinics at various campus locations to make it easy to get your flu shot.
The clinics offer free flu shots to faculty, staff, dependents and retirees covered by a Public Employees Benefits Board health plan and for students covered under the Graduate Appointee Insurance Program or International Student Insurance Program. Bring your health insurance card and photo ID otherwise you will be required to pay $25 by cash or check and seek reimbursement from your health plan. Also bring a completed consent/claim form.
