New enrollment management unit announced: Enrollment Information Services
The Division of Enrollment Management has reorganized and created a new shared-services unit — Enrollment Information Services (EIS).
Prior to January 2017, Enrollment Management consisted of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, Office of Student Financial Aid, Office of the University Registrar, International Student Services, and Finance and Administration. After a two-year strategic planning process, all units in the division pooled resources to create EIS, and team members from Financial Aid, Admissions, and the Office of the University Registrar were reassigned to the new unit. EIS brings together the EM division’s web development, data reporting, learning and communications, data services and technical services functions. Matt Saavedra, associate director of Enrollment Information Services, leads the new unit. Saavedra and EIS report to Helen B. Garrett, University Registrar and Chief Officer of Enrollment Information Services in the Division of Enrollment Management.
EIS is located on the 2nd floor of Schmitz Hall.
