Description of Proposal: The proposed Haring Center project is intended to provide interior and some exterior renovation to the existing classrooms, offices and other program spaces to improve building systems (mechanical, plumbing and electrical), roof membrane, courtyard areas and ADA access.
Location of Proposal: The project site is immediately south of NE Columbia Road and the UW Medical Center Montlake Tower, east of the CHDD building, north of Portage Bay/Montlake Cut, and west of the Montlake Bridge.
