UW Bothell’s Writing for Their Lives series continues with Laynie Browne

UW Bothell’s Writing for Their Lives literary series will continue with author Laynie Browne at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 3, in the campus library, room 205.


Browne is the recipient of the 2007 National Poetry Series Award and the author of five full-length poetry collections and one novel. Recent collections include The Scented Fox, Daily Sonnets, and Acts of Levitation.


At the event, Browne will present her work and participate in a Q & A with the audience. The event is open to the public. For more information, contact the Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences Program, 425-352-5350.


The Writing For Their Lives series is part of the Initiative for Creativity, Performance and Research, funded by a UW Bothell Worthington Academic Distinction grant. It is also generously supported by Barbara and Kent Chaplin of Chaplin’s Automotive Group.
