Mother/daughter 5K run.

The Center of Women’s Sports Medicine and Lifetime Fitness presents the second annual Mother & Daughter 5K Fun Run/Walk. There’s no entry fee for this untimed, noncompetitive event — just come as you are and exercise as much as you want.
9 a.m.-noon, Seward Park.
