Business Diversity Supplier Fair coming Feb. 2
The Percussion Ensemble will perform May 29 in Meany Studio Theater.
If you are among those campus people responsible for departmental purchasing, you might want to check out the UW Business Diversity Supplier Fair, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2, in the Mary Gates Commons.
The event, sponsored by the UW Business Diversity Program, is an opportunity for departments and programs to connect with various suppliers who are local to the Puget Sound area. This years theme will focus on efficient and effective purchasing practices with local businesses. Twenty-four suppliers will be showcasing their services at this years fair.
This is the fifth year the diversity program has offered a suppliers event.
Suppliers that will be showcasing their products/services at the fair include:
• Dynamic Language – translation services.
• Keeneys Office Plus – office products.
• ZippyDogs – promotional products.
• Print Management – print, mail, fulfillment, and custom packaging.
Registration is required. Those who want to attend should register by Jan. 30.
