Description of proposal: The University is proposing to build a new approximately 50,000 gross square feet academic building in East Campus for Intercollegiate Athletics basketball practice and operations and a health and performance center. This would be on development site E59 as identified in the 2019 Seattle Campus Master Plan.
Location of proposal: The project site is bounded by the Graves Annex to the north, Nordstrom Tennis Center and Softball Practice Facility to the east, South Snohomish Lane NE and Husky Stadium to the south, and Hec Edmundson/Alaska Airlines Arena to the west.
