Undergraduates anthrax-killing protein wins international synthetic biology prize

A team of UW students took home the top prize in the Health and Medicine category this month at the International Genetically Engineered Machine competition.


UW is fourth in country in students studying abroad

The University of Washington has risen from seventh to fourth among universities in the total number of its students who are studying abroad, according to a report issued by the Institute of International Education.
