Edward Blanchard-Wrigglesworth is a research associate professor in the Department of Atmospheric Sciences. His research interests include interactions between the ocean, atmosphere and sea ice, the predictability of the Arctic Sea, and mountain snow in the North Cascades. He is a member of the Sea Ice Prediction Network. Recently, he joined NASA Operation IceBridge’s science team, which helps monitor sea ice in the polar regions.
