Winifred Rosborough-Gillins received an undergraduate degree in English (1985) and a master’s degree in Education, Leadership and Policy Studies (2000). A former elementary school principal and high school assistant principal in Shoreline, Mukilteo and Mount Vernon, she taught for 10 years and was an administrator for 10 years. Currently, she is the director of the Good Pharaoh Foundation. Her daughter, Whitley, is a junior majoring in political science and biology at UW and her son, Reginald, is a junior in high school. Her husband, Reginald Gillins, Sr., is a cryptographic analyst and founder of the Good Pharaoh Foundation.
