Thank you for your interest in graduate school preparation and the UW OMA&D GSPS.

If you are a UW-Seattle student and have questions about our GSPS programs, or if you are an OMA&D-affiliated student or alum and have general questions about graduate school, please email us at uwmcnair@uw.edu.

In your initial email, please share some information with us to help us ensure we provide the best assistance possible. In addition to your question, include your full name, UW netid, major, and anticipated graduation date.

Our team typically responds within three business days. Thanks for reaching out!

NOTE about some limitations in our services:
1. If you are looking for in-depth writing support, this service is only provided to students who are part of our McNair and Early Identification Program cohorts, with applications happening yearly during the Winter quarter. If you are interested in applying to these programs so you can receive in-depth writing support alongside other more high-contact graduate prep resources, then please reference our EIP & McNair program websites.

  1. For any writing support needs, please reference the resources listed under “Writing Support” here, which links to our partners in the Instructional Center and other writing resources on campus: https://www.washington.edu/omad/gsps/resources/
  2. Questions about specific graduate program requirements should be sent to the admissions staff at the program in which you are interested.
  3. We primarily serve current UW-Seattle students; our support may be more limited if you are a student at another UW campus or a UW alum.
  4. Questions about the Gabriel E. Gallardo Symposium are best answered by visiting our website and pressing the Contact Us button on the GEG webpage:
