Friday, Nov. 1, 2024

HUB South Ballroom
Featured eventLecture

This session will explore how educators and families can help students navigate transitional change, competition and perfectionism, while normalizing the mental health challenges that often accompany these experiences.

Emphasis will be on fostering trust in students’ unique career paths, understanding the subtle signs of anxiety and depression before formal diagnoses, and providing resources that support mental well-being.

By validating students’ journeys and addressing these challenges openly, we can empower them to succeed both academically and personally.
