We encourage any member of the UW community to report incidents of bias or violations of UW nondiscrimination policies. Bias reports may be submitted anonymously. Students, faculty and staff can report incidents of bias or suspected bias using the UW’s bias reporting tool, which was created in partnership with the Office of Minority Affairs & Diversity, the Office of Student Life and the president’s Race & Equity Initiative.
Additional support for reporting bias may be provided by Office of the Ombud.
