Throughout the past several years, the UW has made significant efforts to assess and improve the climate for students, faculty and staff at the Bothell, Seattle and Tacoma campuses. In autumn 2019, the UW conducted a University-wide campus climate survey for the Bothell, Seattle and Tacoma campuses, including the health sciences schools in Seattle. More than 18,000 students, faculty and staff responded with their perspectives on how to create more equitable living, learning and working environments.
