Gerberding 142 Conference Room

• Reservations
  • Reservations are available up to one year in advance
  • Send an Outlook meeting request to reserve the room.  In the Required filed type GERB/142 – Gerberding Room 142.  (The Location field will automatically populate with the room name.)  An automatic response will be sent to you.
  • Available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding University holidays
  • Gerberding Hall doors are unlocked from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Recurring meetings are allowed, provided the end date does not exceed 365 days, and the series does not conflict with a holiday or existing reservation

  • Standard configuration is shown on this diagram Gerberding 142.  Please reset room to standard set-up.
  • Room capacity is 44
  • 44 chairs total
  • 6 tables (24” x 60”)
  • 6 tables (30” x 60”)

• Equipment
  • No electronic equipment is provided
  • There is one, single line analog phone jack (blue) and one Ethernet port (orange) located on the floor in the middle of the room. It is recommended that users test their analog Polycom or digital VoIP Polycom in advance of meeting, as some equipment does not work when being tested – contact UW IT for assistance.  The phone number is 206-543-0446.
  • UW Wi-Fi is available
  • Bins for compost, mixed paper, cans/bottles, and trash
  • A large projection screen in front of windows
  • A small projection screen near room entrance
  • Projector screen switches are located below the small screen
  • Light dimmer switch is on the right wall, to the left of the emergency exit door
