SAGE: Creating and Submitting eGC1s (1011)

CORE 1011

SAGE is the university’s web-based system for submitting a grant application and routing it electronically for campus review and approval before it is submitted to an external funding source. This course will teach participants how to create an eGC1 (electronic Grants and Contracts form 1) in SAGE, attach documents, and submit an eGC1 for approval. A combination of lecture and guided
practice is used to provide a comprehensive overview.

Participants are expected to complete Introduction to Research Administration prior to attending this course.

The Collaborative for Research Education (CORE) at the University of Washington is committed to providing equal access to its programs and courses for all learners. Please contact the CORE office at corehelp@uw.edu or 206-616-0804 if you require accommodations. To request accommodation, please reach out at least ten business days before the class start date to ensure timely arrangements. All information will be kept confidential.
