Is my proposal budget the same as my award budget in SAGE Awards?

No, the proposal budget and award budget are separate budgets. To create an award budget in SAGE Budget for an Award Setup Request, create a new award budget in SAGE Budget. You may also copy and modify an existing SAGE Budget.

The level of detail required for the award budget should be tailored to the sponsor’s requirements and campus unit needs. Award budgets are often less detailed than proposal budgets. It is often simpler to create a new award budget from scratch.
