Are there tips for reporting inventions to NASA?
NASA accounts
- NASA requests accounts to be updated every 6 months
- Login via Agency User ID
- If you forget your password, email Guest Services. The “Forgot password” only works for NASA employees
Completing NASA’s form:
- Fields in red are required
- Technology title should be short
- Any attachments need to be added via additional documentation.
- Time window for reporting and deliverables is in your contract
- Once an innovation is submitted it is sent to all listed inventors who have 10 days to review
- Be aware of using special characters. If required for your technology you may need to copy into NotePad and then paste into the form
