Foreign Government-Sponsored Talent Recruitment Programs (FGTRP) Disclosure

The Department of Energy (DOE) does not allow employees or contract personnel to participate in foreign talent programs.

When the UW receives DOE awards that reference Order 486.1A, the PIs and other participating UW personnel must complete this Foreign Government-Sponsored Talent Recruitment Programs (FGTRP) Disclosure  form.

When the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) receives these awards the Award Funding Action will be placed on HOLD until OSP receives the completed forms.
