Primary Reviewer Worksheet – Report of New Information
This worksheet is for use by the Primary and Secondary Reviewer when preparing for the review of a Report of New Information (RNI) by the convened Committee. It is also intended to be used by the Designated Reviewer during the expedited review process. The Primary and Secondary Reviewers use this worksheet, together with the Pre-review Note prepared by HSD Regulatory Affairs Team, to review the application, and identify and write down issues for discussion by the IRB.
