Animal Facility Online Learning Course

This web course is designed to provide you information such as how to enter the facility, clothing requirements, transporting animals, how to use changing stations, biosafety cabinets, CO2 equipment, and tools used to communicate with DCM staff and Vet Services. It is highly recommended that you complete this course shortly before your need to attend an in person orientation and start using an animal facility.

Who is required to take this training?

All personnel working with or caring for animals in Comparative Medicine facilities.

Summary of requirement

Individuals working with animals in a Comparative Medicine facility must complete the Animal Facility Online Learning Course as part of the entry requirements.
