Under the direction of Bruce J. Avolio, Mark Pigott Chair in Business Strategic Leadership, the Center for Leadership and Strategic Thinking at the University of Washington Foster School of Business focuses on integrating rigor and relevance in terms of how leadership and strategic thinking is developed. Where numerous alternative solutions may not have research to back up their recommendations, our developmental programming is differentiated due to this focus on applying evidence-based practices which are demonstrated to have transformative impact on leaders and leader behavior.
