Parking Permits
Campus parking for all graduation events taking place between 6 a.m.- 9 p.m. during the graduation season (end of May through June 12) will require a parking permit. This includes the Return to Husky Stadium Graduation Celebration, as well as all School, College, departmental, and student group graduation events.
Graduates will be able to pre-purchase parking permits ($17) when they register to participate and order their caps and gowns in April. If you wish to guarantee parking in a particular lot, it is recommended that you pre-purchase a permit, since some lots may sell out. Day-of-event parking permits will cost $1 more and will require that you use Pay by Phone or the pay machines in the lots. However, many lots may be full, so we highly recommend pre-purchasing permits.
In order to fairly distribute parking spaces, the Registration/Order Form will limit each student to a reasonable number of parking permits for the particular event he/she is attending. Graduates will receive their permits when they pick up their orders. Graduates may purchase additional permits (if available) at this time. Depending upon availability, it may be possible to exchange one parking permit for a permit on a different day or in a different lot.
Once purchased no refunds will be available for parking permits.

School, College and Departmental Celebrations
Parking permits for any day other than Commencement day (Saturday, June 11) and the following day (Return to Husky Stadium Graduation Celebration, Sunday, June 12) will be sold by day and will be good for designated parking lots on those days.
The Registration/Order Form is the only place graduates can order parking permits for June 1st through June 12th. The form will allow graduates to purchase parking permits even if they do not intend to attend Commencement or the Return To Husky Stadium Graduation Celebration and/or do not intend to purchase cap & gown items.
Disability Parking
Commencement
Disability parking (PDF) will be available close to the stadium in E-12 and E-19. Golf carts will run between the E-1 and E-12 lots and the stadium. Graduates can purchase disability parking on the Registration/Order Form.
Disability Drop-off Area
Guests can also be dropped off in the Tubby Graves Parking Lot, just north of the stadium (see Disability Drop-Of Map). Pick-up following the ceremony may be done from the same lot. Note: the lot will be closed for 30-45 minutes after the ceremony to allow traffic to clear.
School, College, and Departmental Ceremonies
Those needing disability parking on days other than Saturday, June 11 or Sunday, June 12, may purchase a disability parking permit through the Registration/Order Form. On the day of your event, stop at a gatehouse. A QR code will be posted there linking to a map showing all accessible parking stalls.
Shuttles
On Sunday June 12, shuttles will drop-off guests at points close to the stadium. Shuttles run 11:00 am – 6:00 pm from the following locations:
- Portage Bay Garage (South shuttle) – PDF
- N5 lot/HUB (North shuttle) – PDF
- E-1 lot (E-1 shuttle) – PDF
