Registration/Order Form

The Late Registration/Order Form is closed. If you would like to participate in the Return to Husky Stadium Graduation Celebration, you may register in person at the University Book Store, 4326 University Way NE, on June 3 and June 4, during normal bookstore hours.

All graduates who would like to participate in Return to Husky Stadium ceremony for the Classes of 2020 and 2021.
All graduates who may need cap and gown for a school, college, or departmental ceremony, or who simply wish to have their own cap and gown.
The form may also be used to purchase other regalia items (souvenir tassels, honor cords, stoles of gratitude, extra mortarboards, hoods, etc.)

Ensure you meet the requirements listed in the eligibility section of this website.
You will need to enter your NetID and password and your name as it appears on your student records.
Read the information about caps and gowns on our cap and gown page.
Plan how many friends and family members you’d like to join you for the Commencement ceremony.
Complete the Registration/Order form. The form will confirm your degree information, allow you to
- Register for the Commencement ceremony
- Purchase cap and gown or other regalia items – souvenir tassels, stoles of gratitude (given to and worn by those who have helped you), additional hoods or mortarboards
- Purchase Alumni Association memberships.
Be prepared to pay online with a Visa, Mastercard, or debit card.

Once your order has been shipped there are no refunds. For any changes to your order, contact the Office of Ceremonies (commence@uw.edu) .
