We value your feedback.
We encourage you to leave us anonymous feedback about your training through the form linked at the end of your session.
The EPIC team uses ASE & Postdoc participant feedback to assess how the curriculum can be improved and what additional programming would be useful. Research on training effectiveness in general is scarce, so part of our aim is to build a better evidence base for our work going forward. Participant feedback is critical in enabling the development of the most effective training model possible, and by extension, in helping create a more inclusive community at UW.
The feedback may also be used in EPIC program reports to University stakeholders and UAW 4121. This helps guide decision-making processes around the future development of the program—including curriculum content, curriculum modeling, funding needs, and more.
Given that EPIC is a peer-driven program, we also intend for the results of participants’ feedback to be as accessible and transparent as possible, while maintaining participant anonymity. We welcome opportunities to discuss the program and data analysis further with any interested participants; please email epicprogram@uw.edu with any questions or if you’d like to talk more.
