Annual Reports
The UW-UAW Equity Survey is enshrined in the collective bargaining agreement between the University of Washington and UAW 4121, the union that represents academic student employees (ASEs) and postdocs at the UW. The survey asks ASEs and postdocs to provide an account of how they have experienced and witnessed harassment, how well they are able to access various institutions and resources, as well as their experience of campus climate.
Equity Survey
At the end of every academic year, the EPIC team compiles a report detailing a summary of the trainings provided, ongoing projects, evaluations of the program, and recommendations to stakeholders for the future of the program. This is done to help promote transparency of the program with the UW and members of UAW-4121.
